Chef Morimoto opened his first Momosan Ramen & Sake in New York City in 2016, followed by his second Momosan shop in Waikiki Beach in May 2018, and his third Momosan location opened in September 2019 in Seattle’s International District. In 2020, Chef continues to expand Momosan with new locations in Boston's Hub Hall and Brooklyn.
