At Momosan Ramen Boston, by Morimoto, noodles are front and center, highlighting Iron Chef Morimoto’s varieties of Japanese-style flavor forward ramen. The menu also showcases a variety of grilled dishes and Japanese bar snacks, all with Chef Morimoto’s signature twist. At the Momosan Sushi counter, grab fresh sushi offerings to-go.
This energetic and casual dining experience, anchoring the new Hub Hall, features a vast sake list, including a selection of Chef Morimoto’s signature sake and wine; and, draft and bottled beer, including classic Japanese beer.
Stop by alone and grab a seat at the bar, or with a group and relax at one of the communal tables, or on the seasonal patio. Drop in for a lunch set, feast on appetizers and noodles for dinner, or visit the sushi counter for some take-home delicacies. Chef Morimoto opened his first Momosan Ramen & Sake in New York City in 2016, followed by his second Momosan shop in Waikiki Beach in May 2018, and his third Momosan location opened in September 2019 in Seattle’s International District. In 2020, Chef continues to expand Momosan with new locations in Boston's Hub Hall and Brooklyn.
