Cusser's Roast Beef & Seafood
Cusser's Roast Beef & Seafood is inspired by the popular roast beef and seafood shops that dot the North Shore. Created by Chef Carolyn Johnson and restaurateur Ian Calhoun, the duo behind 80 Thoreau restaurant in Concord, and Mooncusser Fish House in Park Square, Cusser's roast beef, cooked rare daily, is served on a house-made onion roll and offers two versions of the sandwich:
- The Three-Way, with house-made BBQ Sauce, Mayo, and Cheese
- 80 Thoreau with its namesake Sauce, Cheddar Cheese and Pickled Red Onions
Local seafood balances the menu with Fish Tacos, Clam Chowder, Bluefish Pate and more.
